We are so geateful for everything what we have got from this hotel. This was our best decision. The perfect location, the friendly room where it was happines to get home after a tiring sightseeing day. The stuff is super kind, helpfull and stand out attentive. Thomas is on of the most kind and helpfull receptionist who We met during our travel. He is extremly prepaired and super kind. There are many things we like about Urban Alley. Located in old quarter and easy to access some tourist destinations such as water puppet show, hoan kiem lake, street food and so on. As Me and my husband are foodie, we love to try all street food and good restaurants which is all walking distance from the hotel. The most we appreciate is their personalized service and one stop shop service. We are first time in Vietnam and taking a tour to other destinations such as Halong bay, SAPA, Hao Lu, Trang An, Mua Cave with the arrangement of receptionist Thomas and hotel owner Mrs Bich. It is really worth to pay compare to your so called luxury trip. We felt heart warming stay with their sincerity, care and flexibility.

The hotel is tucked away down a narrow alley, so despite being so close to attractions like Train Street and the Food Street, it was quiet and peaceful in the hotel itself. Both the daytime and nighttime attendants spoke excellent English and were very helpful in giving us some recommendations for places to visit while we were in Hanoi. They also helped us book our travel to our next destination, and were generally friendly, funny, and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, good AC and hot water in the shower, plus a minibar in the room with some water and snacks at a very affordable price.

The staff (Sisi and Tom) were the absolute highlight of our stay! They were so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what we needed to know during our stay. The room was big and the air con + internet worked well. Location was great: near to train station and walkable for basically everything in the centre. Communication was great before and during our stay, including helping to book us on to Ninh Binh and Ha Long bay trips, as well as our airport transfer.
